We’re looking for someone who is aligned with our core values and have the following skills and experience.
As a Producer you will to own the overall planning, management, and execution of projects and will be responsible for ensuring that all their projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute projects in line with the department’s standards (as set by the Head of Production). This includes but is not limited to; creating project schedules, identifying and monitoring resources (with the support of the Art department), managing the production of deliverables, and monitoring progress, initiating corrective action where necessary.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, such as leads and outsource managers, to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Work closely with the art leads to assign tasks, manage team member performance and foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Manage project risks and develop contingency plans to help mitigate them.
- Manage assigned project budgets and ensure that projects are delivered within the budget allocated to your projects.
- Identify project scope creep and highlighting these to the Head of Production so the appropriate action can be taken at their direction.
- Ensuring project documentation, administration and reports for your assigned projects are up to date (delegating appropriate tasks to the Production Assistant), accurate and in line with the department’s expectations.
- Supporting Associate and Assistant level team members with their tasks when needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the games industry, Broadcast or Project Management
- Excellence in planning, scheduling, budgeting and team management.
- Highly skilled in verbal and written communication
- Strong time management and organisational skills
