Scotbeef Inverurie Limited, a family-owned business with more than 100 years of experience in supplying high-quality meat products to the UK retail sector, foodservice and export markets. Our company was founded in 1920 and is now run by the 4th generation of the Galloway family.With sites strategically located throughout the UK, we have an exciting opportunity at our site in Inverurie for a Produce Packer to join our team.Previous experience is preferred, but training will be provided to successful candidates.Main Responsibilities :Dealing with raw meat products which includes lamb and beefPacking product for onward distributionKeep and maintain appropriate records as required, including correct labellingEnsure consistent and timely attendance at workProvide flexibility to meet company operating requirementsWork in a fast paced environmentSkills required :Speaking, writing and understanding basic spoken and written English languageBasic numeracy skillsAttention to detailFlexible, adaptable and keen to learnWorking as part of a teamHours of work:Full time - 6am - 3pm - Monday to FridayJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: £10.42 per hourBenefits:CanteenCycle to work schemeEmployee discountFree parkingOn-site parkingAbility to commute/relocate:Inverurie: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)Work Location: In personExpected start date: 17/11/2023
