About the Team
The Procurement Team plays a critical role in the business and is responsible for the strategy design and end-to-end processes involved in the purchase of goods and services in a sustainable and financially viable way in compliance with business standards.
The Procurement Team is responsible for sourcing and onboarding of new vendors, supporting the development of key company systems and processes, maintaining a strategic overview of project procurement management activities and ensuring that purchasing contracts and arrangements are fulfilled in strict accordance with legal requirements, project requirements, and business policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
1. Daily Work: Strengthening and growing relationships with vendors and suppliers through timely payments, being able to handle complex tasks
2. Payment Tracking & Data Analysis: Reviewing and checking invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment, preparing analyses of monthly payment reports
3. Communication with stakeholders: Building good communication among requestors, buyers, finance and suppliers
4. Streamlining and improving the payment process: Improving the payment efficiency by identifying the pain points, then proposing solutions
5. Assisting senior manager and other team members as required
Qualifications

- Critical and active thinking to embrace challenges, strong ownership, attention to detail, being self-motivated, having a can-do attitude with propensity toward acting with a sense of urgency
- Bachelor's degree or above in Procurement, finance, or related business disciplines
- Relevant working experience in procurement/supply chain or other related fields
- Collaborative stakeholder engagement including developed communication skills adaptable to various levels including senior management
- Demonstrated intention and interest to develop a career in Procurement or Supply Chain
- Intermediate level or better in MS excel and MS Power Point
