Operations
Campden BRI are the leader in science and technology for the food and drink industry. We provide practical scientific, technical, regulatory and information support. We're looking to hire a Procurement Manager based at our site in Chipping Campden, Gloucestershire.
Position
- Lead development of an integrated procurement strategy across the business
- Review our Global supply chain for all goods, services and implement changes aligned to industry best practice
- Actively engage and manage all internal stakeholders
- Negotiate contract terms on all new and existing contracts
- Able to lead and develop a small team
Requirements
- At least 5 years Senior Procurement experience
- Procurement qualification and institutional membership e.g., Level 5 CIPS Advanced Diploma
- Industry experience within life sciences industry is essential
- Strong communication and ability to influence a diverse group of stakeholders
- Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience of working in the food or drink sector is an advantage but not essential
