Procurement Finance Analyst

This Procurement Finance Analyst role will work closely with the Global and Regional Supply and Finance teams, supporting profitability process for Indirect Procurement. This role will primarily support the Global team in the delivery of smart spending and productivity KPIs by bringing more data visibility and simplification of reporting processes.

The position also assumes involvement in transformation initiatives and collaboration with local and regional finance teams assuring delivery of strategic projects.

Main accountabilities:

• Lead procurement month end activities, reporting, forecasting, and planning cycles
• Creation & running of analysis and reports for key spend categories
• Monthly data analytics bottom-up and top-down around profitability delivery
• Super User for Anaplan Productivity model – initiative database (input)
• Super User for Procurement PBI reporting – initiative reporting (output)
• Provide trainings to procurement teams on Anaplan & PBI changes
• Budget management for Indirect procurement team
• Results presentations to Executive teams
• Works closely with procurement team in the resolution/review of issues, risks, and business impacts for the owned process
• Support Procurement team to improve visibility on KPIs and delivery.

You’ll succeed because…
… You are a Bachelor graduated / preferably Part Qualified ACCA/CIMA. You have finance experience (preferably in Procurement Finance/Reckitt). You are proficient with Microsoft Excel and PBI – manage big data base. You have excellent communication skills and organisational ability.
