\uD83D\uDD11 The opportunity
\uD83C\uDFAF Your missions:
- Contribute to the short, medium & long term strategy to define the vehicle brands, sources and the optimal mix to provide an exceptional experience for Virtuo's customers.
- Launch and execute the transition towards electric vehicles (EVs) to reach the ambitious target of full electrification of the fleet (50% by 2025 & 100% in 2030).
2) Enhance the local procurement function:
- Negotiate deals to optimize car costs through pricing, holding duration, and reconditioning cost levers.
- Meet procurement targets for fleet size and composition specific to the UK market.
- Report to the UK GM and collaborate closely with the local team, particularly the Fleet team.
3) Build alternative supply & remarketing functions:
- Pursue opportunities for alternative supply arrangements with dealers, fleet owners, car subscription companies, and used car providers.
- Develop partnerships with used car platforms and other retail groups to facilitate remarketing.
- Contribute to strategic projects related to fleet expansion.
