A large City based financial services company is looking for an experienced IT Service Management Analyst to join its team.
The salary on offer is up to £35,000 based on experience and includes benefits such as bonus, 25 days annual leave, 10% pension contribution and more! Hybrid working is currently offered with the expectation of being in the office 2-3 days per week.
This is a fantastic ITSM opportunity that will give you experience across the IT function of a large financial company. Day to day duties will range from:
- IT asset management - CMDB (across hardware, software (SAM), warranties etc.)
- Inventory management/auditing
- Staff onboarding, including access management and IMAC
- Maintaining accurate IT records and service issue logs
- Ensure IT service quality through creation of KPI reports and monitoring SLA's
- Learning scripting and automating tasks
- Incident, Request, Access and Order management
To be considered suitable you will need to have previous experience in a similar role (any industry background considered) along with exposure to some of the duties listed above.Ideally you will also have ITIL experience. An aptitude for learning will be required as this role will give you opportunity for growth and development of skills. This could also suit someone technical who has worked in an IT Service Desk/ Helpdesk Administrator role that is looking to move more into service delivery.
