PROCUREMENT ADMINISTRATOR
Erskine Home, Bishopton
37.5 Hours per Week, (Monday to Friday)
Grade 2 Salary £21,500 - £22,302 per annum
Permanent, Full-Time Role

The Role:
The post holder will be responsible for assisting the Procurement Co-ordinator in providing the comprehensive administration of Procurement which includes purchasing for all Erskine Businesses.

Placing orders with suppliers using Purchase Order system or online purchasing, for sign off by the Procurement Coordinator

  • Sourcing goods and services to obtain quotes to get best value for money for the Charity.
  • To Assist the Procurement Co-ordinator to liaise with suppliers and contractors to ensure on time delivery of all goods/services.
  • Building and maintaining good working relationships with existing suppliers and new suppliers.
  • Provide administrative support to the Procurement Co-ordinator, e.g. processing invoices, typing minutes, letters, filing, photo copying, scanning and general office duties as required.
