Military Hiring:

- Must follow and meet Key Performance Expectations (KPEs) for this role.
- Inbound and outbound mail processing including; labeling, scanning, data entry, correspondence, return mail, and photocopying.
- Preparation of project statistics.
- Research and respond to email and/or phone inquiries.
- Quality assurance of files to find errors and unlikely combinations.
- Work with supervisor to validate accuracy of database and website data.
- Accurately report and bill time in the timekeeping database.
- Reviews all incoming documents to verify necessary information.
- Meet or exceed production goals as set by management while meeting or exceeding the department quality expectations.
- Supports and adheres to new and existing policies and procedures.
- General office duties including; logging receipt of mail, sorting and filing claims.
- Internet and database research.
- Key claim data as needed.
- All other responsibilities as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED, college experience a plus and preferred.
- Two plus years of business experience.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to review and evaluate legal documentation.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency with computers and Microsoft applications.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Demonstrated decision making, analytical and problem solving abilities.
- Able to work extended hours on occasion.
- Positive and professional attitude.
