Process Planning Engineers sit at the centre of all we do.

Who do you need to be?
As with all of our Engineers, you will have strong skills across data analysis, tech know-how, project management and schedule control as your base foundation, along with relevant engineering degree or equivalent experience
A natural innovator with a curious mind, looking to improve processes and efficiencies in all that you do and an analytical and problem-solving mindset
Comfortable working autonomously, managing your own workload and responsible for meeting your goals and challenges
You will have specific experience in process planning, schedule control, cost and project management
Comfortable using MS Office Applications and preferably AutoCAD.
Happy to collaborate and communicate daily with peers and other departments at all levels and cross-functionally, able to present your ideas clearly and negotiate in a balanced but effective manner
What will you be doing?
You will work daily on a wide range of process-related projects from technical quality concerns to new product launches
You will co-ordinate with production, suppliers, design, manufacturing, purchasing, QA, and NML support departments to work cross-functionally to deliver key engineering strategies and objectives
You will define the manufacturing process and generate and control the necessary process documentation
You will manage day-to-day Quality, Cost, and Time concerns to ensure rapid closure
You will co-ordinate the introduction of key changes to the manufacturing process
You will provide technical support for manufacturing operations
You will apply problem-solving tools to a variety of business challenges
