Job description
This role will have responsibility to lead the efficient and effective running of assigned processes within Transactions for the Trust and IFM accounts, Credit Control, Cash Management to achieve KPI targets in accordance with Trust policies. The post holder will manage high volume and high value accounts, regularly liaising with customers to identify queries and invoices that must be paid/received on sales ledger to meet best practice KPI targets as applicable. Assist with reporting to the board of directors with an updated creditor/debtor reports every month with analysis and trend reviews to ensure that reported data is complete and accurate. To manage, organise and support direct reports effectively through work planning and 1:1 meetings, including performance and productivity monitoring; highlighting any concerns to the Transactions Supervisor.
