Job description
A Process improvement Specialist (CI) is required by a FTSE250 company based in High Wycombe, where sustainability and building a green future is at the core of their beliefs. With a salary of £50,000 - £60,000 + 10-15% bonus + hybrid working depending on experience.
You will work within the Process Improvement team working on cross function projects across HR, Procurement, Logistics, Sales, Service and much more. Using your project management and lean improvement skills and while influencing company wide and create long term sustainable results.

· Cross functional business process improvement experience / Continuous Improvement (CI)
· Green belt certified beneficial, not essential

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + 10-15% bonus + hybrid working
Location: High Wycombe (due to location, you would need your own mode of transport)
