Process and Procedures Analyst Croydon, England
Job description
We’re the Pension Protection Fund. We protect millions of people in the UK who belong to defined benefit pension schemes. When these schemes fail, we’re ready to help.
We do this by paying our members, by charging a levy and by investing sustainably. Our work has a real impact on people’s lives, so we strive to do it well, with integrity and their future in mind.
We have the opportunity for a Process and Procedures Analyst to join our Performance Improvement team to help drive the continual improvements of our UPM system and functionality.
By putting our members at the heart of everything you do, this position will lead and contribute to the delivery of the programme of procedure and process improvement work; ensuring improvements are customer-focussed, efficient, effective, and compliant with the law. This position will continuously monitor processes and provide analysis and insight to ensure they are delivering against stakeholder requirements, whilst looking for possible changes and efficiencies.
Our ideal applicant will have experience gained from within a pensions or other financial services environment. That experience will consist of configuring Pensions Administration Software or business application software, if you have previous experience of using or improving UPM it would be seen highly favourable. You will have a passion to identify, document and analyse efficiencies in processes and control procedures; with the ability to understand and interpret business requirements.

In return for your skills, experience and commitment we’ll give you a challenging role within a business where you’ll get the support you need to develop your career.
We’ll also give you lots of opportunities for personal development and skills training.
