Process Administrator/Analyst - Telecoms Reading, England
Job description
We are recruiting for our client a wholesale fibre provider who are looking for a Process Analyst to join their expanding team on a contract basis for an initial three month term. The role is remote but will require some travel as and when required across the Midlands and London areas.
Reporting to the Senior Business Analyst, the Process Analyst is responsible for providing professional business-based process design and redesign services to support the Programme Management Office (PMO). The post holder, working with Business Analysts, Project Managers and operational business users, will design and develop unified ‘as is’ and ‘to be’ processes for PMO projects.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
- Identifying and documenting ‘as is’ business processes
- Identifying opportunities to enhance existing processes
- Documenting ‘to be’ business processes, highlighting improvement and benefits
- Development and enhancement of Process Analysis techniques
- Undertake ad-hoc projects and other activities as require
Skills and certification required:
- Process design and re-engineering experience
- Knowledge of working to ITIL or similar Service Management methodologies
- Formal Business Analysis qualification or certification
Skills and experience required:
Essential -
- Experience of evaluating business needs, internal workflows and business processes
- Experience of documenting business process modelling activities
- Experience in a variety of project management methodologies e.g., Agile and Waterfall
- Experience of business partnering with a range of Stakeholders Desirable
- Experience of implementing continuous improvement
Desirable -
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programmes
- Knowledge of the principles of applications and solutions
- Technology and/or Telecoms industry experience working in an IT or customer service environment

Salary: £350.00-£400.00 per day
