About the role
We are looking for a highly skilled genealogical researcher, who will strongly identify with always doing the right thing by our clients and the families they represent.
This is a varied and integral role in our business, responsible for providing expert genealogical research and advice as well as providing specialist support to other members of the team.
A Research Case Manager will utilise an excellent understanding of probate genealogy, research methodologies and process knowledge to manage a large and varied case load.

Technical work will be carried out independently in-house or managed via partners where we act as an intermediary to offer a client solution.
About Title Research (click to view)
Title Research has a fifty-year heritage of working with more solicitors than any other firm in the UK, where we provide specialist services to assist throughout the probate and estate administration process. This includes market leading, expert genealogical research and people tracing, as well as asset repatriation services worldwide.
We pride ourselves in always maintaining the highest standard and transparency with our clients and are always driven by a strong ethical code to deliver the right solution for the families they are acting for. Because of this, we are one of the few firms that only ever work on a fixed fee or time and expense basis and will never consider working on a contingency fee basis; which in our view, has questionable ethics.
About you
This role requires a can do attitude, great attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. Due to the busy nature of this position, time management and organisation are key, as well as a friendly, helpful and positive outlook around the office.
Whilst professional experience is of high importance to us as a business in finding the right candidates, it is of equal importance that they are a suitable fit for the culture we offer. We uphold four core values and behaviours: Pro-activity, Professionalism, Pride and Politeness. The right candidates will uphold these values in all aspects of their work whilst inspiring their colleagues to do the same
