Education
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
Experience
- 5+ Years’ experience working directly with CyberArk
- Deep technical knowledge of CyberArk components, functionality, and requirements
- Relevant industry experience with a technical background
- Experience administering Windows/Linux platforms.
- Operational experience helping manage CyberArk infrastructure
- Basic knowledge of Networking concepts (TCP/IP, Firewalls)
- Experience with APIs is a plus
- Experience with Project Management methodology
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Solid understanding of Privileged Access Management concepts.
- Ability to manage multiple intricate projects with strict deadlines while maintaining best in class work.
- Ability to effectively communicate in both formal and informal review settings with all levels of management.
- Ability to work with local and remote IT staff/management, vendors and consultants.
- Ability to work independently and possess strong organisational skills
- Ability to find patterns and trends when analysing data
- Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical personnel in a cross-functional setting
- Effective oral and written communication, analytical, judgement and collaboration skills.
- Strong balance of business acumen and technology knowledge
- Stay current on trends and current identity threats and make recommendations to leadership on mitigating strategies
- Currently possess or ability to achieve CyberArk certifications (Defender, Sentry, and CDE)
Job Responsibilities
Execute the PAM strategy
- Design and build CyberArk infrastructure
- Lead engineering efforts and creation of relevant documentation
- Provide subject matter expertise across CyberArk scope to stakeholders
- Provide cross functional leadership to help drive adoption and understanding across the enterprise
- Create product documentation and processes for PAM team
- Work with AD, PAM and IAM teams to identify risks and/or gaps and apply controls
- Identify and suggest possible improvements
- Discover the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers
- Participate in demand planning meetings and drive the implementation based on business priorities
- Work across multiple teams and pillars to socialise and align PAM requirements to the organisation
- Understand and follow the firm Information Security Policies
- Perform other duties or projects as required or assigned
