About us
The Twenty Two, a luxury lifestyle hotel with an all-day public restaurant and a private members’ club, on the historic Grosvenor Square in London’s Mayfair. Set within a Grade II listed Edwardian manor at number 22 Grosvenor Square, the building is being redesigned into a Westside hideaway for creative cohorts, local residents and international guests in London.
The role
Our Maitre D’ will assist the Senior Maitre D’ and restaurant team in the successful and efficient running of the dining room ensuring that our service consistently and epitomises the ultimate in effortless luxury and lifestyle hospitality. Responsible for creating a warm and welcoming first impression to our guests.
Assisting with overseeing the guest journey from pre-arrival to post-visit. Upholding the highest standards an ensuring guest’s experience is always in line with our standards and ultimately and building rapport with our members and guests with a view to strengthening and nurturing these relationships ensuring brand loyalty.
About you
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about hospitality, whose attention to detail is second to none and who has an innate ability to lead and inspire others.
