This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the largest and most successful Foundation Trusts in the UK with an international reputation and a tradition of innovation. We are seeking for a self-motivated individual who is able to plan and organise their workload to deliver the highest level of administrative service to patients and consultants within the Private Healthcare service at the Trust. The post holder will act as the first point of contact for patients and will have excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to liaise effectively within clinical and non-clinical teams across the Trust to ensure that the patient journey is seamless. You will be supporting the administration for a group of consultants’ private practice which will include referral management, patient liaison, booking clinics and arranging for rooms in the outpatient department, finishing and sending letters, and other tasks. You will act as a positive ambassador for the service, promoting the private service to patients and other end users.
