Bella Vou is a private Plastic Surgery Clinic in Tunbridge Wells. This exciting role is for a professional Chauffeur to escort discerning clients between their homes and our private cosmetic surgery clinic in Tunbridge Wells Kent. We are passionate about making truly fabulous experiences for each of our patients that go beyond their surgical procedure and delight them prior to their treatment and following their stay with Bella Vou. You will need to help with running errands, shopping, and liaising with the other clinic staff. You must have 2+ years of experience working for discerning clients and possess not only excellent driving skills, but also decorum, courteousness, and a disposition to show the utmost discretion and professionalism to our clients. You must have 2+ years of experience working for discerning clients and possess not only excellent driving skills, but also decorum, courteous and a disposition to show the utmost discretion and professionalism to our clients.

To be considered for this role you must;
- Have 2+ years’ experience as a professional Chauffeur Have excellent contactable references
- Walk patients from the clinic to the car and help them in and out of the car before and after surgery.
- Physically fit to go up and down stairs multiple times a day.
- Liaising with the clinic and the client to determine when and where you will collect the individual.
- Ensuring that the client's door is open as you greet them in a professional, sincere manner.
- Assisting clients with the loading and unloading of their possessions, as required.
- Adjusting the air temperature, radio and entertainment settings suited to the client.
- No personal phone calls to be made or received whilst driving a client. Evidence discernment in assessing correctly the client’s desire to engage in conversation or to sit quietly uninterrupted.
- Select the fastest routes based on GPS software and traffic updates, unless otherwise instructed.
- Completing collections and deliveries on behalf of the client, if requested.
- Abiding by road regulations at all times.
- Ensuring that the vehicle remains pristine and in excellent working order.
- Forecasting and responding to customers' questions and concerns.
Chauffeur Requirements:
- A commercial driver's license will be advantageous.
- Acquainted with GPS software and local Traffic reports.
- Neat appearance, cleanly shaven wearing a suit at all times
- Ability to interact with clients in a warm, professional manner.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work during evenings and early mornings as required.
- Have a full clean UK driving license
- Be (or be willing to be) DBS checked
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £32,00.00 per year
Language Requirement:
- Excellent command of the English language.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday collecting patients early morning and returning later that same afternoon.
Experience:
- Private Chauffeur: 2+ years (required)
- Cleaning, maintaining and repairing the vehicles placed under his/her responsibility.
- Monitoring the level of fuel, engine oil, radiator water, brake fluid, power steering fluid, etc.
- Maintaining daily and accurately the vehicle logbook and maintaining car documents.
