UK Private Banking, which is part of the Consumer Relationships Division, seeks to help customers to achieve their financial goals by constructing robust financial plans tailored to each customer's individual circumstances.
As a Private Banking Relationship Manager, you'll be responsible for managing an established portfolio of High Net Worth customers, and onboarding new customers referred to us from our partners. The undertaking of regular banking reviews, ensuring the clients' day to day banking and lending needs are met is essential.
You'll need to conduct customer meetings either virtually or by telephone to meet the needs of our customers. We're working in a hybrid manner, 2 days working in our Manchester office so that we can collaborate better - as a result we'd need you to live within a commute of Manchester.
- Proactive and reactive meetings with new and existing customers on your set, exploring and identifying their wider banking and lending needs.
- Answer, resolve, facilitate solutions and make introductions to our partner services.
- Continuous Relationship Management via regular contact with your set of customers
- Working closely with key colleagues across the Group and external 3rd party partner providers such as Schroders Personal Wealth to build positive relationships, collaborating with them to ensure a seamless approach to client engagement and onboarding
- Accountable for accurate use of all reporting tools with quality data input to systems that provide MI
- Building up expertise and knowledge to maintain and develop your ongoing relationships with your clients across all areas of Lloyds Banking Group
- Proficient Relationship Management experience
- Understanding of the Financial markets and industry
