Job Summary:
The New Hire Experience Team is responsible for crafting and executing a first-in-class experience for new hires in the International Private Bank. You will partner with key stakeholders to deliver a white glove experience for new hires and transfers entering into the Professional Role, to help expedite their transition into the business. You will serve as the central point of contact for all business-related Professional activities and work directly with key stakeholders across the firm to deliver an exceptional experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Seamlessly execute end-to-end white glove onboarding to ensure an exceptional experience for Professional new hires and transfers
- Develop a holistic Professional training program that will serve as both an introduction and guide to the role
- Create new Professional hire handbooks that covers the day-to-day responsibilities for the Professional
- If required, responsible for tracking, monitoring and following up on pre-employment notifications from new hire and hiring manager
- Accelerate productivity by helping new Professional hires navigate the firm, use internal tools effectively, learn our business, and understand how to get things done
- Gather feedback to shape the new Professional hire experience roadmap and identify areas for improvement
- Maintain strong partnerships with key business partners, including local market leadership, recruiting, training, HR, operations, technology and other relevant parties
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Prior professional work experience; Private Bank experience required
- Experience in the Private Bank Professional Role is preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and results-oriented mindset with ability to execute quickly and accurately on ideas, initiatives and improvements
- Resourceful, proactive learner who possesses a solid work ethic and performs well under pressure in a dynamic environment; must be able to multitask and shift priorities quickly while maintaining control with limited supervision
- Intellectually curious and interest to act as a change agent to improve processes and quickly resolve issues
- Exceptional interpersonal skills including high emotional intelligence and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues at all levels
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Enthusiasm for the business and eagerness to work on any task that will add value
- Expert in Excel, PowerPoint and Word; proficiency with Access is a plus
- Able to effectively navigate Private Bank systems, processes, products and tools
