We want this to be your perfect job, working in our state-of-the-art Print division, as a Print Supervisor part of our Management team in Production
This is a full-time position; you will be working a rolling average of 42 hours per week, on a shift rotation, with a mixture of days / nights and some weekend working, a Du Pont Shift Schedule. The working shifts are 6am to 6pm and 6pm to 6am, with 1 paid week off every 4 weeks and weekly pay.
Dependant on experience salary for this role is between £31,000 - £33,500k
Here's where you come in:
We are seeking a self-motivated Supervisor, who is looking to learn and progress within our busy production facility. An organised and proactive Production Supervisor to join our team at our site in Wath-Upon-Dearne Rotherham. This is a really integral role as you'll be leading a team in our print production facility, delivering to our customers speed, quality, service and sustainability.
With same-day turnaround available for many of our product lines, the nature of our work is very fast-paced. We'll provide full training on our print and finishing equipment and processes, but previous experience in supervising/managing people is essential. You'll need to have managed in a production environment before and you will be well versed in prioritising workload, delegating tasks and effective communication. You'll also need a “can-do” attitude and a keen eye for detail to ensure every print is produced to our highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Organising the production schedule and prioritising workload to ensure deadlines are met
- Managing production staff, instilling a collective team environment and leading by example.
- Quality control, maintaining our highest standards on all orders.
- Stock management, including stock taking
- Following our sustainability processes, including the monitoring and reducing of waste materials and correct disposal of recyclable and non-recyclable materials.

Our combined office, production and training facilities are located in Wath-Upon-Dearne which is located close to Sheffield, Rotherham, Barnsley and Doncaster.
