Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain printing equipment to produce high-quality prints
- Set up and adjust machines for each print job
- Monitor printing process to ensure proper ink coverage and color accuracy
- Inspect printed materials for defects and make necessary adjustments
- Perform routine maintenance on printing equipment
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
Experience:
- Previous experience operating printing equipment preferred
- Familiarity with different types of printing processes (e.g., offset, digital, screen printing)
- Knowledge of print materials, including paper types and weights
- Ability to read and interpret job orders and specifications
- Basic understanding of color theory and print quality standards
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform quality checks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
