Do you enjoy working in a fast moving, dynamic environment and working with multidisciplinary colleagues to deliver the best possible care for people? If you are passionate about working with people who are staying on inpatient wards or being supported by the Home Treatment Teams then we would be delighted to hear from you.
We are looking to recruit an experienced Psychologist to be responsible for high quality service provision, and to contribute to strategic development. We are looking for a Psychologist who is passionate about working with service users and their families and networks, and who has a keen interest and experience in leadership, team culture, psychologically informed environments and coproduction.
We are very excited to be building on the success of the current service by continuing to progress our structure, strategy and provision. You will be a significant part of the clinical leadership team which is responsible for setting strategic direction and the provision of a psychologically informed service. You will take responsibility for contributing to decision making both within the different teams that make up the inpatient and urgent care service as well as taking a specific leadership role in the inpatient and urgent care psychology team.
You will be working with the various multidisciplinary teams and your clients will be people who are either staying on one of the inpatient wards or people working with the home treatment teams in order to avoid an inpatient admission. Your role will include the provision of direct clinical work, consultation to the teams, reflective practice, clinical supervision and teaching.
As an organisation, the NHS offers a wide range of benefits including flexible working, pension contributions, market leading annual leave allowance, career progression, and regular conversations, not to mention our Blue Light Card and NHS exclusive discounts.
