Job description
We are looking for Principal Landscapers to join our dedicated, hardworking, and conscientious team.
We are seeking career-based candidates who are looking to progress within the company. This is a multifaceted role for an industry experienced Landscaper. The successful candidate will be required to help run projects from start to completion, reporting to the Studio team and Project Managers daily. There will be the opportunity to manage your own team, setting tasks, and priorities with proficiency and diligence.

Essential skills & knowledge
- Ability to work from detailed 2D CAD drawings & elevations
- - Experience in implementing sustainable planting, inclusive of tree planting
- Experience in landscaping (3 years minimum)
- Understanding of landscape techniques & construction
- Competent in laying paving setts, stonework, brickwork & decking
- Installation of garden structures
- Experience operating machinery such as diggers, avants and power tools.
- Excellent communication skills
- Honest and reliable
- Excellent time management
- Passionate about your work
A full & clean UK driver's license is essential
