Principal - Engagement Manager / Key Client Programme Lead, UK

We are currently looking for an Engagement Manager / Key Client Programme Lead to join our UK team and support 3 key accounts. You can be based anywhere in the UK but must be willing to travel when required.
This pivotal role will lead delivery and the day-to-day management of the programme / engagement ensuring any risks or issues are minimised in addition to tracking all financial planning. You’ll be the key point of contact whilst overseeing all project deliverables. You will be able to demonstrate strong client service, acute attention to detail with expert organisational skills with an ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
You will have the opportunity to matrix manage a team which will typically be a combination of project managers, project co-ordinators, coaches and consultants.
If you enjoy being creative, we’ll also have opportunities for you to be involved with helping to design solutions for your clients too prior to implementation.
You must be able to demonstrate a solid background in a client facing role and an ability to operate at both pace an scale when needed.
You must be able to build effective working relationships with key client stakeholders in addition to a variety of teams within Korn Ferry.
