It's a great time to join us as we continue to build on our ambitious plans and we have a rare opportunity for a Prime Development Sales Advisor to join us at one of the most prestigious developments within our portfolio.
About the role
Designed by an award winning architect our Hampstead based development is home to 29 apartments as well as stunning amenities including 24 hour concierge, club lounge, spa and wellness studio.
We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated property sales professional to manage our customers from initial enquiry through to reservation and completion, achieving and exceeding our sales and rental targets.
Your focus will be on nurturing and fostering long term relationships and providing an excellent, high quality customer journey at all times.
Key responsibilities:
- Work closely with our marketing team to develop marketing strategies and events
- Network with local groups, clubs and societies, creating local links and raise the profile of our development
- Provide strategic market feedback on local marketing activity
- Maintain our database to an excellent standard
- Reacting to inbound leads in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure an excellent standard of presentation at all times
About you
Property sales experience is essential, you will be highly professional with a proven and demonstrable track record gained within selling and or renting luxury property, ideally with experience of the London market. You will be highly motivated but recognise the importance of building strong customer relationships with HNW customers and take a nurturing approach to meeting and exceeding sales targets.
We are looking for someone who is emotionally intelligent, considerate and respectful and has a highly professional approach.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Knowledge of GSuite is preferential or an aptitude and willingness to embrace new technology
- Experience of Salesforce CRM is advantageous but not essential
- Highly developed negotiation and influencing skills
- Great presentation skills (presentation of the product and services)
- Organised, efficient and a natural multi-tasker
- Able to prioritise multiple demands on time
