Primary Class Teacher

LTF Recruitment are working on an exciting opportunity with a partner Primary school looking for a class teacher, based in Brent. The school is a lovely 2 form entry school who has recently been graded Good by Ofsted. The school is filled with supportive staff who all encourage the progression and development of all children equally. Working alongside experienced supportive staff, a successful candidate will be involved in planning, marking, team meetings and developing interventions to help children progress.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Planning engaging and informative lessons.
- Marking and carrying out continuous assessment following school policies.
- Implementing various behaviour management strategies.
- Working as part of a team in order to effectively plan, assess and manage the daily running of the classroom.
- Delegating work to other staff to work with small groups.
- Planning and running small group and 1:1 interventions.
- Establish effective working relationships and set a good example through their presentation and personal and professional conduct.
Requirements:
- Relevant teaching qualifications.
- Previous education experience (ECT’s welcome)
- Ability to work Monday to Friday full time.

- Main Pay Scale
- Comprehensive knowledge of the National Curriculum and an ability to deliver this to pupils effectively and creatively.
