Whether it be enhancements to the capability on pricing existing reward products, to onboarding new partners and utilising new data, the pricing landscape is an exciting one that is constantly evolving.
As our Pricing Analyst, you'll have a key role in supporting the development of pricing strategies for one of our main portfolios. You'll also own and continually develop our suite of reports, as well as deal with ad-hoc questions from the business and providing actionable insights and recommendations.
Your work will impact major airlines - British Airways, Aer Lingus, Iberia and Vueling – as well as exciting new ventures and growth opportunities we're soon to embark on.
You'll also research and analyse pricing best practice both within and outside of the Travel/Loyalty sector and see how we can implement those practices to provide even more benefit to the business.

You'll also add value in this role by:
- Assisting in developing compelling price propositions for IAG's membership bases across the world
- Providing analytical and statistical modelling support; including ad hoc analysis when required
- Conducting analysis of various competitive metrics across different products
- Providing maintenance and development support of our pricing systems
You'll be perfect for this role if:
- You have deep experience with SQL (Python or SAS would be useful, but they're not essential)
- You have data visualisation tool experience – we use Tableau, but it's fine if you have knowledge of other tools
- You're a strong user of Excel
- You have the ability to tell a story with data, providing actionable insights and recommendations
- You're confident at distilling complex issues and communicating back findings to all levels, including senior and external stakeholders
- You have a passion and aptitude for data analysis with an inquisitive nature and desire to develop your skills further
We can offer you:
- Annual Bonus (dependant on Company & Individual Performance)
- Company Pension
- Private Health Care
- Exciting global travel industry discounts including flights with hotels, rail, cruises & tour operators also available through travel providers
- Unlimited standby and premium standby fares for you and your nominees on the full BA network and numerous other partner airlines
- Discounts on BA flights and holidays from day one for you, your friends and family
- Travel Insurance
- Life Assurance
- Cycle scheme
- 4 weeks abroad working allowed
- 25 days annual leave, plus 2 days charity leave and a day off on your birthday
- New Joiner Avios/Birthday Avios/Thank you Avios
