The Company
Are a multinational EPC contractor specialising in projects covering T&D, Power and Energy, O&G, Water
and industrial services. They are able to boast a track record of success and continued growth in vertical
and regional markets. The T&D division has undergone a strategic alignment and is looking to appoint a
Global President/ CEO to head up the T&D EPC business to oversee the construction of high-voltage
substations and overhead transmission lines on a global basis.

The Role
As President T&D, senior vice president your duties will be to:
 Provide management and leadership to 3000+ staff, Develop 3-5 years strategy to deliver 10%
growth year on year.
 P&L responsibility €1b controlling cash flow, forecasting, budgeting and reporting to executive
management
 Leadership of Sales, Engineering, Procurement and Project Execution teams
 Oversee project portfolio and provide professional leadership to EPC processes
 Develop senior level relationships with regional governments, developers, utilities and joint
venture organisations.
 Participate and support complex and final negotiations with customers

The Person 
The successful President/ CEO will likely have:
 Bachelors Degree in Electrical/ Civil Engineering
 3-5 years experience leading regional or global High Voltage EPC project organisation
overseeing the delivery of complex transmission and distribution EPC projects
 Experience in delivering both substations and over head line projects
 P&L responsibility €500m+ and management of large construction teams
 Good communication, organisation, leadership and management skills
