Presentations Specialist
Salary: £24,500
Location: Leeds (LS10 1AB)
Contract: Full Time, 12-month Fixed Term
Shifts: Monday to Friday, 08.00-16.00pm, 30-minute break, 37.5 hours per week

Purpose of the role
We require an individual to work as part of a team liaising closely with clients to produce presentations materials. The successful candidate will work with bankers in a professional, consultative and helpful manner at all times. We need someone who can own and take responsibility for their work, in terms of the final product, e.g. consistency, deadline.
We provide full training, so our focus is heavily on speaking to those with a desire to develop! We are looking for someone with a good eye for detail, that has used some element of creativity in a previous role or has transferrable skills that can be applied for our position. If you have office/Adobe skills that’s also beneficial but not essential!
Key Responsibilities
· To complete amendments to and create documents as requested by clients using the Bank’s template.
· To quality check a sample of work produced and record findings on relevant systems.
· To accurately estimate the production time and liaise with Workflow Coordinators to ensure deadline adherence.
· Accurate and timely production of all Presentations materials.
· Ensure all work is quality checked before being returned to the client.
