JOB TITLE: Presentations Associate (6 month secondment)
LOCATIONS: London
HOURS: Full time
WORKING PATTERN: Hybrid, 40% (or two days) in an office site

We currently have a phenomenal opportunity for a Presentation Associate to join our team to design client pitch packs supporting sales and coverage teams to help win new business and retain existing clients.
The role is part of the Cash Management and Payment Solutions team and covers customers in Corporate and Institutional Banking across various sectors to deliver Domestic and International solutions. The Presentations Associate will work closely with several partners within the bank to plan, develop and deliver an engaging pitch pack that best articulates the proposed ideas and solutions for each client.
Your design experience and your ability to create in PowerPoint will be essential to this role, to ultimately impress clients through visuals.

Take briefs from front-line teams and lead projects from start to finish
Design engaging pitch packs, seek feedback and adhere to agreed timelines
Coordinate a variety of partners across the bank
Provide alternative solutions and advice on presentations, where appropriate
Adhere to the bank’s brand guidelines, utilising existing templates, images and visuals as well as creating new, where required
Adopt the use of standard methodologies across the team following those required as part of regulatory compliance, risk policies and brand
Follow the team’s standard methodologies and contribute to building a centre of excellence
Utilise client feedback and lessons learned to regularly improve your own and the team’s work
Collaborate with the team’s content manager to feedback on content utilised across the team
Essentials skills and experience:
Excellent knowledge of PowerPoint
Able to articulate complex ideas into graphics and other visuals
Great communication and excellent written English skills
Capable of leading multiple projects simultaneously and comfortable working to tight deadlines
Desirable skills:
Knowledge of other design software
Experience with corporate clients
Previous experience designing within brand guidelines
