Position – Pre-School Manager

Hours – 35 hour per week, term time only

Pay - £17,710 – 20,930 (dependant on experience)

West Smethwick Enterprise are looking to recruit an experienced, enthusiastic Pre-School Manager.

This post is for 35 hours per week, term time only. The Pre-School is open from 8.30am - 3.00pm, Monday - Friday. The hours for the position are 8.00am-3.00pm.

We are looking for a member of staff with previous experience of a senior role within a similar setting. The candidate should have good knowledge on early years and supporting children in an early years settings. The ideal candidate will have sound knowledge on child development and managing a team to support the learning and development of the children who attend. We have high aspirations and are looking for a hard working, dedicated individual who we can support in progressing further and who will support the setting in offering exciting, interesting opportunities for all children and staff that attend.

We expect our Manager's to take a lead role in safeguarding and therefore expect the candidate to have sound knowledge on how to safeguard all children and staff within their setting.

This person will be responsible for opening and closing the setting on a daily basis, West Smethwick Enterprise have other senior managers working from an office site, you will be supported daily by the senior management team and will have the opportunity to a wide range of training and CPD.
