Pre-Sales Consultant (Digital Learning)
UK, Full-time, Remote
We are looking for a Pre-Sales Consultant who is responsible for demonstrating the value of Valamis’ Learning System, enabling long-term client success by supporting the Sales Team throughout sales processes. As a Pre-Sales Consultant, you are not in a direct commercial role, but you support sales from a technical and product standpoint.
You will be part of a dynamic, global sales team, consisting of 15 members across the UK, Europe and the US. Your geographic focus area will be the United Kingdom, Benelux, and the US.
As our Pre-Sales Consultant, your responsibilities are:
- Developing solutions and organizing, planning, creating & delivering compelling proof of concept demonstrations
- Ensuring solutions stated in the Statement of Work are best practice and in line with client requirements
- Supporting the sales bid process by responding to RFI’s & RFP
- Work closely with Account Executives to ensure success in securing new business
- Ensuring sales process is documented correctly whilst looking for opportunities to streamline it
- Liaising with Product Managers to provide feedback from clients about product requirements
- Keeping abreast of market trends and product & competitor landscapes
Qualifications of the Pre-Sales Consultant:
- 3+ years in a Pre-Sales Consulting role (or similar) in a L&D Technology environment
- A deep technical understanding of how corporate learning systems work and interact
- Excellent written and verbal professional communications skills
- Fluent English is required, fluency in Dutch or French is considered an advantage
- Inquisitive when faced with new challenges and technologies, not afraid to ask questions
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and curiosity
- Having the team and customer at the heart of everything you do
