Pre-Sales Consultant (Digital Learning)

UK, Full-time, Remote

We are looking for a Pre-Sales Consultant who is responsible for demonstrating the value of Valamis’ Learning System, enabling long-term client success by supporting the Sales Team throughout sales processes. As a Pre-Sales Consultant, you are not in a direct commercial role, but you support sales from a technical and product standpoint.

You will be part of a dynamic, global sales team, consisting of 15 members across the UK, Europe and the US. Your geographic focus area will be the United Kingdom, Benelux, and the US.

As our Pre-Sales Consultant, your responsibilities are:

Developing solutions and organizing, planning, creating & delivering compelling proof of concept demonstrations
Ensuring solutions stated in the Statement of Work are best practice and in line with client requirements
Supporting the sales bid process by responding to RFI’s & RFP
Work closely with Account Executives to ensure success in securing new business
Ensuring sales process is documented correctly whilst looking for opportunities to streamline it
Liaising with Product Managers to provide feedback from clients about product requirements
Keeping abreast of market trends and product & competitor landscapes

Qualifications of the Pre-Sales Consultant:

3+ years in a Pre-Sales Consulting role (or similar) in a L&D Technology environment
A deep technical understanding of how corporate learning systems work and interact
Excellent written and verbal professional communications skills
Fluent English is required, fluency in Dutch or French is considered an advantage
Inquisitive when faced with new challenges and technologies, not afraid to ask questions
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and curiosity
Having the team and customer at the heart of everything you do
