Job description
My client is one of the UK leaders in fire protection services (active and passive fire), delivering works to social housing providers, student accomodation and occupied premises acrss the UK.
They turn over in excess of £35 million per annum and are forecasting some excellent growth for the new financial year too. To supplement and support this growth, they are looking to appoint a pre-construction manager to oversee 2 x estimators. Qs's and administration support.
To be considered for this role, you will need to have had similar experience in a pre-construction role, and have the energy / drive to continue to progress your career with a company that can offer some ambitious growth plans.
In return you will be offered a generous basic salary, car allowance and the opportunity to earn a very attractive annual bonus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £60,000.00-£80,000.00 per year
