Job Brief
Modus is seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated and highly organised Practice/Office Manager to join the team in our Kent office.
As a key member of the business, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the day-to-day business (office), creating and maintaining a fantastic working environment for the team and visitors along with developing a rapport with our Clients.
Whilst the ideal candidate would be employed on a full-time basis, we are open to speaking with candidates who require more flexible working hours to suit their needs.

This is a great opportunity for somebody to utilise and develop their existing skills in an established but growing business that is at the heart of the Southeast construction industry with offices in Kent and Surrey and ambitious plans to grow further. You will work closely with the team and Directors in shaping our future success.
About you
You will be a highly motivated, confident and organised individual who is able to make decisions and work under their own direction to deadlines, ideally with previous office management or administration experience, working as part of wider team.
You will have a friendly, welcoming and approachable personality, whilst conducting yourself professionally in a manner appropriate to the business situation.
You will have good analytical and reporting skills with a working knowledge of Office 365.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
This is a multi-faceted role with wide ranging responsibilities. The key roles and responsibilities are:
· Providing business support by managing, maintaining and monitoring company insurances, memberships, accreditations and our ISO 9001 and 14001 Quality Management System
· Providing human resources and health and safety support
· Organising and executing external & internal events
· Ensuring the team has the correct equipment, stationery and refreshments to effectively undertake their roles including regular servicing and maintenance of such equipment
· Track tender portals and liaise with others on opportunities
· Supporting other members of the team with administration tasks
· Greeting visitors, answering telephone calls and ensuring the office is ready to welcome visitors

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 22.5 per week
Salary: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
