Job description
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Remote Practice Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the organization. You will work closely with team members, contractors, and the director of business development to support various tasks and maintain efficient processes. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and skilled at problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
Facilitate effective communication channels: Ensure that team members are using appropriate communication channels, including email, text, and other platforms, for efficient and timely information exchange.
Task monitoring and roadblock resolution: Review team members' tasks on a daily basis, identify any roadblocks or obstacles, and take proactive measures to address and resolve them to keep projects on track.
Onboarding and off boarding coordination: Assist with the smooth onboarding and off boarding process of contractors and employees, working closely with HR and other relevant stakeholders to ensure all necessary paperwork, access permissions, and equipment are prepared.
Remote office assistants management: Manage and supervise two remote office assistants, located in San Francisco and Los Angeles respectively. Provide guidance, support, and task allocation to ensure their productivity and successful completion of assigned responsibilities.
Support to the director of business development and upper management: Assist the director with various tasks, including tracking project progress, maintaining up-to-date notes, and ensuring tasks are on track. Collaborate closely with the director to provide necessary support and ensure efficient execution of business development initiatives.
Policy and protocol coordination: Coordinate policy and protocol updates throughout written materials, platforms, and notifications to ensure consistency and adherence. Communicate updates effectively to the team members and employees, ensuring understanding and compliance.
Process and procedure adherence: Follow and maintain established processes and procedures, proposing improvements where necessary. Foster a culture of compliance and efficiency among team members.
Technical issue resolution: Act as a liaison between developers, support teams, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve technical issues. Provide timely and effective solutions to ensure seamless operation of systems and software.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in operations or management or a similar role.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work independently and follow established processes and procedures.
Problem-solving skills and ability to address roadblocks proactively.
Experience in managing remote team members is a plus.
Technical knowledge to effectively resolve technical issues is desirable.
Proficiency in project management tools and collaboration platforms.
Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday & Some Weekends (We operate 365 days per year)
- 40h per week
- Shifts in between 6am PST and 8:45pm PST
