ABOUT THE ROLE

The PR & Influencer Marketing Associate will work closely with the Senior PR & Marketing Manager to undertake strategy and execute press and influencer activity in the UK, Ireland & Nordic Markets (with opportunity for growth in further markets). A successful Associate will be self-directed, detail-oriented, a problem solver and a team player, with a burning desire to contribute.

This role is based in our London office (hybrid working) and reports to the Senior PR & Marketing Manager.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Establish self as a purpose-driven brand representative and maintain a clear understanding of all product features and benefits

• Building and maintaining excellent influencer and media relations across print, online, social.
• Develop ongoing and seasonal story angles that highlight new products and innovations; assist Senior PR & Marketing Manager with drafting and distributing media pitches and tracking
• Assess and respond to incoming media inquiries for the brand and respond in a timely manner with strategic product recommendations, retail partner CTA’s and corresponding assets
• Support with the ideation and execution of online and offline press events for the Brand and key retailers.
• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with UK, Ireland & Nordic retailers PR & Marketing teams.
• Own day-to-day logistics of influencer and media campaign-based seeding, gifting and sample trafficking
• Manage creative brief process for all PR collateral needs on behalf of international team
• Own international product commitment process, including ordering, organizing and tracking
• Maintain highly organized press lists and industry contact databases
• Manage press clipping process, including daily cataloguing, press hit creation, results tracking, archiving and internal communication to appropriate channels & cross-functional teams
• Manage weekly and EOY reporting to cross-functional internal teams

WE REQUIRE…

• 3-4 years relevant experience (agency or in-house)
• Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines
• Highly motivated, pro-active, organized, forward-thinking and extremely detail-oriented
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• A passion for fashion would be great !

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £30,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
