Job description

We're looking for a meticulous and highly organised PR & Events Coordinator to join our Marketing team here at UNRVLD. You will be working in a collaborative office environment in Soho, London, as well as having the flexibility of a hybrid contract.

As the PR & Events Coordinator you will be responsible for delivering our PR and events programme through owned and earned channels, live and online. So, experience of networking and being client facing, coordinating live events, festival appearances and third party partnerships and, an understanding of the processes and associated challenges of working in b2b PR, is essential.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the Marketing Manager to deliver the marketing programme based on the growth strategy
  • Producing reports for production meetings with wider marketing team to ensure smooth delivery of all activities
  • Writing content for thought leadership, campaigns, PR and promotions and account-based marketing activities
  • Representing the company at owned and industry events
  • Key workstreams include:
  • Client – sharing case studies and new win/new work promotional campaigns in all media
  • Reputation – delivering PR stories, external market presence and awards
  • Website – delivering news, thought leadership and work
  • Partner – managing promotions and co-fund activities – live and via partner channels
  • Lead gen / ABM – providing thought leadership content and client campaigns to support our inbound sale function
  • Performance – supporting our paid media strategy
  • Social – writing and sharing our campaign programme
  • Employee brand – shaping and delivering stories for our internal brand comms

Experience Required:

  • Experience in a PR/Events Administration/Coordination role or similar
  • At least 12 months’ experience in a communications role, preferably working in a digital agency environment.
  • An understanding of the processes and associated challenges of working in b2b PR.
  • Brief exposure, experience of coordinating live events, festival appearances and third party partnerships.
  • An understanding of paid media and metrics reporting.
  • Exceptional writing and editorial skills and understand tactics for delivering social media campaigns
  • Happy to be working in a collaborative office environment in Soho, London, as well as having the flexibility of a hybrid contract.
