INTRODUCTION
We are thrilled to be partnering with an exciting online marketing agency. They are on the lookout for an insightful PPC Manager to join their ever-expanding team.
THE COMPANY
Our client consists of a team of branding, marketing, and design specialists to deliver a fully digital service for businesses from all over the world. They are experiencing growing demand for their services, and as such are in search of an experienced PPC Manager. The successful candidate will be reporting to the Head of Paid Media.
THE ROLE OF A PPC MANAGER
· Develop and manage paid media campaigns (search, display, and social) to drive business value to the clients, demonstrated through success criteria (KPIs).
· Liaising with the design team to develop assets for campaigns (images, animated ads, and video).
· Collaborate with the account team in presenting results to clients via conference calls and face-to-face meetings.
· Plan, create and optimise your clients’ performance marketing campaigns (Google, Microsoft, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, & programmatic platforms).
· Communicate results in a practical and solution-oriented way to achieve a high degree of long-term client satisfaction. Measure and report on campaign effectiveness – return on investment.
· Keep up to date with the latest emerging tools and trends.
· Deliver staff appraisals and structured training plans.
THE REQUIREMENTS OF A PPC MANAGER
· 4-6 years of experience in digital marketing (A degree in Social or Digital Marketing is preferable).
· Paid search management is essential with an in-depth understanding of Google Ads, Facebook, and LinkedIn Ads. Google Ads and Facebook Accredited.
· Proven and successful track record of PPC marketing – the UK and other countries.
· Able to perform data analysis and produce insightful reports for colleagues and clients.
