We are seeking a highly motivated, creative, and analytical digital marketer to join our dynamic marketing team. Primarily, you’ll take ownership of traditional PPC/Search channels including Google and Bing Ads as well as working with the wider team and executing marketing campaigns across a wide range of channels.

You will have the opportunity to take ownership of multiple marketing channels, strategies, and budgets, and will be exposed to many aspects of marketing so will have the opportunity to expand your knowledge and lead on new initiatives.

You will be joining a friendly team and collaborating on other marketing channels and disciplines such as social media (Paid and organic), email marketing, native ads, website management, data analysis, PPC Ads, Direct Mail, Organic marketing / SEO, and creative content development/testing.

What we're looking for:

· 1 year of hands-on experience in a similar marketing role.

· Hands on experience running a large Google Ads account.

· Recent Google Ads certification (Search, Display minimum)

· Knowledge of data-driven marketing and analysis.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Strong attention to detail.

· Ability to learn fast and adapt to new situations.

· Creative thinking and a curious mind.

· A proactive, can-do attitude and a willingness to upskill.

· Degree educated (or equivalent experience).

Our ideal candidate:

· Has a strong grasp of technology and is comfortable with marketing data analysis and strategic planning.

· Has experience executing measured testing and innovation to constantly improve campaign performance.

· Can provide analysis and insights to drive market and team decisions, building reports and dashboards to show momentum.

· Is a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for marketing.

· Has experience with SEM tools such as GA, Search Console, SEMRush, Ahrefs, etc.

· Has exposure to the process of continuous improvement using conversion rate optimisation, split-testing, multivariate testing, and cross-channel attribution.

· Is organized and methodical with the ability to prioritize when working on multiple projects.

The role:

· Full-time commitment with 37.5 hours per week spread across Monday to Friday (8am-4pm).

· Potential for a hybrid office/remote role with 3 days in the office each week.

· Based on the Medway City Estate in Rochester with free parking and accessible transport links.

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 Dependent on experience.
