An ideal candidate will:
- Experience in Microsoft Power BI and, ideally, an understanding in writing macros (VBA) to generate efficiencies in how our data is handled.

- Show the capability to manipulate and visualise data to present compelling stories which drive practical insights.
- Have a steadfast curiosity to understand and analyse trends; interpreting what the data is and is not telling us.
- Be approachable, flexible, and able to meet timelines.
- Be adaptable, self-motivated with an ability to work independently, and driven to improve the underlying data infrastructure.
- Be a role model of collaborative working, partner management, and data quality.
