Our client base is international and our reputation for delivering complicated and precision engineered products is world renowned, from the innovative design, development and project management stages through to the manufacturing, installation and ongoing maintenance.
An opportunity has arisen for joining the Powder Coat team. You will be an integral part of the team that will have hands on all aspects of the role from preparation to completion of product.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Preparation of materials for Powder Coat (Sanding/Cleaning)
- Powder Coating (Steel and Aluminium)
- Using Computer systems to understand requirements
- Reading of drawings and route cards
- Labelling parts to a high standard
- Keeping stock powder system accurate
Skills, Experience and Knowledge required:
- At least 2 years Powder Coating experience
- The confidence to use a computer system (CAD/CAM)
- A good eye for detail and ensure that the finished product is of the highest quality
- Basic reading/writing skills due to the various numbering systems used
- Happy to work as part of a team
You should be flexible and adaptable to work hours as required by business needs.
Job Type: 39.5 h, full time. Monday-Thursday 07:00-16:00 Friday 07:00-12:30
