Post-Sales Coordinator
Salary: £12,633 plus performance-related bonuses c.£1,600
Location: Home-based (remote working) or Office-based (Solihull)
Working hours: 25hrs per week, Monday to Friday between 9.30am and 3.30pm.

You should be able to demonstrate the following key responsibilities:
Answering inbound calls & emails, working in a fast-paced environment
Managing the post-sales process from ‘sold subject to contract’ through to completion, liaising with 3rd parties such as solicitors and mortgage brokers to progress the sale and purchase in a timely manner
Continuously striving for first contact resolution and provide amazing outcomes
Accurately maintaining and updating client records and notes, always adhering to GDPR regulations
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to over-achieve on KPI’s
Empathy and strong communication skills
Delivering a ‘sale through service’ experience to increase awareness of Purplebricks’ service portfolio, including surveys and online auctions
After 6 months and successfully completing probation:
Our Post-Sales Co-ordinators are an integral part of our sales process. Following a 6-month probation period, you will be trained to handle calls for our pre-sales team as part of your development and to strengthen your skills when supporting the customer’s journey, whether buying or selling. One of your key responsibilities will be capturing business and upselling Purplebrick’s services.
