We have an exciting opportunity for a Post Office Clerk to join the team, you will keep the customer at the heart of everything, introducing them to our fantastic range of services and financial products that meet their needs.
Hours: 16 hours per week
Your main responsibilities:
- Acknowledge customers with a smile
- Respond to queues and queries
- Attentive to customer needs
- Always be courteous, cheerful and respectful
- Recommend productions and promotions to maximise all selling opportunities
- Ensure till accuracy
- Ownership of personal presentation and punctuality
- Ensure all administration is completed effectively and adhering to security measures

- Confident nature, with a positive outlook
- Great communication skills
- High level of numeracy
- Able to establish and maintain positive working relationships with others
- Be flexible and adaptable in line with the needs of the store
