Here at TelcoSwitch in central Guildford we are seeking a porting administrator to come and join our vibrant customer onboarding team helping make everyone’s lives easier.
We’re looking for someone to join our tech-driven software business, which currently has over 200,000 users and growing fast. Before getting stuck into our industry-leading services, our customers often need help moving their phone numbers - we’re looking for someone to manage that process, hold their hands and offer some professional expertise and reassurance.
Using video, chat, SMS and phone calls to power hundreds of millions of business conversations across the TelcoSwitch group, our rapidly growing tech team of over 80 heroes means the opportunities here are endless.
As an integral part of the team and gaining responsibility from the off, your new role will include:
● Ensuring every one of our customers is treated as a VIP.
● Helping our customers move their existing business numbers over to the TelcoSwitch platform.
● Inputting customer data into our internal systems with a keen eye for detail.
● Working to deadlines to ensure customer migrations go through without a hitch.
● Understanding and explaining the porting process in detail to our customers.
● Making sure all customer contacts are responded to quickly and efficiently.
● Developing, scaling and improving our internal processes to make sure our team runs as smoothly as possible.
