Payroll/Finance Administrator
20-24 hours per week
£25k-£26k pro rata depending on experience.

We are recruiting a dynamic individual to join an established team as a Payroll/Finance Administrator, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll information on a weekly basis as well as helping with various other areas of the Finance Dept.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Checking clocking times and importing them into Excel,
- Compiling weekly payroll hours into as Excel report for directors.
- Entering data into an Opera & Xero payroll system and reconciling hours paid with the spreadsheet.
- Obtaining and applying HMRC tax code changes as needed.
- Processing weekly payroll, including handling starters, leavers, pensions auto-enrolment, and deductions.
- Other Support within the department on Sales & Purchase Ledger where necessary
Expereince and Skills for the role:
- Experience of payroll for 100+ employees
- Knowledge of Purchase and or Sales Ledger
- Good Communication and customer service skills
- Good Organisational skills
- Accurate and able to work to a fast pace.
- Proficiency in Excel
