Overview
We are pleased to announce new openings for Finance Administrators to join the team at our European Head Office based in Egham, Surrey!
This is a fantastic opportunity for you to enter the world of business and finance, and we do not require any prior experience. The finance team is a key player in any organization, overseeing all aspects of financial management and reporting, as well as providing essential support and partnering with stakeholders across the business.
You will be joining one of our core finance functions; accounts collections. You'll work closely with experienced colleagues to build your knowledge of the business, and ensure we are providing excellent customer service to support growth and profitability.
Comprehensive training will be given and you will be supported through a well-defined training and development program designed to provide the knowledge, skills and experience you need to build a long-term career in business finance.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for key customers
- Dealing with incoming correspondence
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
- Maintain and improve a strong system of internal controls
- Maintain a culture of ethical practice that demonstrates Enterprise core values
- Foster and maintain a positive and fun work environment
- Take ownership of personal and professional development
Qualifications
- Excellent problem solving, communication & time management skills
- Detail orientation and strong work ethic
- Ability to meet deadlines, think independently and show initiative
- Ability to organize and manage a diverse workload
- Proven track record of building effective working relationships at all levels
- Accomplished Excel skills
- Previous working experience within a finance administration or customer service role - advantageous but not essential

Hours
- 40hrs per week Mon-Friday: 8.00am to 5.00pm
Salary
- £22,000 - £24,000 per annum (dependent on relevant experience)
