What you'll be doing:
We're currently recruiting a friendly Porter to provide first-class reception service for The Venues Collection on a permanent casual basis.
As a Porter, you will work in a welcoming team to ensure that all staff and visitors are greeted and dealt with in a warm and efficient manner. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all staff and visitors
- Possessing a great knowledge of the building and the services we offer
- Delighting customers with flawless customer service
- Preparing conference and meeting rooms to ensure the guests are delighted with the service upon arrival
- Clearing away after guests have departed and setting up for new events
- Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image

- Be comfortable with manual-handling and moving equipment or furniture
- Have excellent communication and organisational skills
