Here at Porsche Centre Brooklands, situated in Weybridge, Surrey. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, professional Service Bookings Clerk Administrator to join our growing team.

You must hold a full UK driving license to be considered for this role.

• Support with incoming service enquires, liaise with Service, Parts and Workshop.
• Process calls and raising necessary invoices.
• Organising the department appointments diary.
• Excellent communication internally and externally.
• Good team player and ability to multi-task
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook applications
• Proactive approach, prepared, structured and willing to succeed.
• Providing a quality, personal, ownership experience whilst achieving departmental targets.
• Working within a professional, experienced Porsche Customer Service Team.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £25,000.00-£31,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

• Performance bonus

• West Byfleet, KT14 7JN: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

• Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
